Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submitted manuscript complies with the editorial scope of REVUELTAS. Revista Chilena de Historia Social Popular.
  • The manuscript is original and unpublished, does not correspond to a translation or reproduction of sources without original analytical contribution, and has not been published nor is it under consideration for evaluation in another journal or publication.
  • The submission file is in Word format (.doc or .docx), letter size, 1.5 line spacing, Arial 12 font, and includes the complete text (notes, tables, figures, citations, and references), respecting the maximum length established for each type of contribution.
  • The manuscript complies with the formal, bibliographic, and stylistic requirements indicated in the journal’s “Author Guidelines”.
  • The manuscript is submitted in an anonymized version, and a separate file with authorship and funding information is attached, ensuring the double-blind peer review process.
  • The author declares compliance with ethical publishing standards and accepts the journal’s editorial policies and the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
