Fuerzas Populares Revolucionarias “Lorenzo Zelaya”, FPR-LZ: “Programa y Estrategia”
Keywords:
Honduras, Central America, guerrilla, anti-imperialism, political violenceAbstract
The following document is a complete reproduction of the Program and Strategy of the People’s Revolutionary Forces "Lorenzo Zelaya" (FPRLZ in Spanish), a Honduran guerrilla group, published in 1985. It contains the main programmatic, strategic, and tactical points around which the guerrilla group sought to organize its revolutionary work. It is a fundamental document for understanding an organization that, until now, has been seldom studied. The original document, first published in mimeograph, has been digitized and can be consulted in the documentary collections of the Center for Studies of the Socialist Labor Movement (CEMOS), at the Academic Center for the Memory of Our America (CAMeNA) of the Autonomous University of Mexico City, and at the General University Archive of the University of Sonora (Unison), in Mexico.
