Abstract

Along with the rise of social movements in the Chilean post dictatorship, the State and its institutions have deployed a series of response techniques that, contrary to what is demanded, reinforce the current model. Within these, the impunity of state agents is positioned as a phenomenon in force and harshly criticized by civil society.

Through the press review, in dialogue with the existing scientific and empirical literature, we seek to approach the problematization of impunity in the post dictatorship, delivering elements, from a reflexive logic, that promote and contribute to the public debate on this phenomenon.
